Act No. 19 of 2006
It is expedient and necessary to make provisions for the formation of village courts and related matters for easy and settlement of certain disputes and statements in the jurisdiction of each union of the country;
Therefore, the following law is hereby enacted as follows: -
(1) Short title, introduction and application. (1) This Act shall be known as the Village Court Act, 2006.
(2) It will be effective immediately.
(3) It shall be applicable only to the jurisdiction of the jurisdiction of the mother

3. (1) If there is no provision in criminal proceedings and civil procedure, in respect of the matters mentioned in the first part of the schedule, and the civil cases related to the matters mentioned in the second part, and if there is no other provision, then the village will be judged by the court and no criminal Judge of the case of a suit or suit similar to a civil court Will not be there.

(C) Government or local authority or the duty of any government employee is a party to that dispute;
3. The transfer of land property is provided by law to the country, in accordance with the provisions of section-1 (1), for the purpose of acquiring the property of the trustworthy homeowner, in relation to the immovable property.
