Judgments in the case settled in the village court in May Case no Hearing date Description Judgment 11- 24/05/13 Eng 21/07/13 Eng Plaintiff-Rafiqul Islam, father-deceased Wali, Dharmapara Defendant- Mala Khatun, husband- Mannan, father- Chalek Shanpukuria Being addicted to drugs causes family quarrels. According to the report of the village police, both the plaintiff and the defendant were found guilty in the statement of the concerned member. The divorce application was rejected and the family was asked to stay in the settlement as both of them were found guilty and they were worried about the future of their child.
