Land development tax and various fees
1. Application fee = 5 / - (Five Rupees)

2. Notice for issuing fee = 2 / - (two taka) (for non-residents 4) for more than four people, more will be recovered as 0.50 taka.

3. Record Correction Fee = 200 / - (Two hundred) Taka

4. Representative mutation fee fee = 43 / - (thirty-three) money.

        If the total = 250 / - (two hundred and fifty) + more than four people, the notice fee will be refunded at Tk 0.50 per person for each.

Contact the Assistant Commissioner (Land) / Upazila Nirbahi Officer / Revenue Deputy Collector / Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) or the Deputy Commissioner if the mutation case is not disposed of within 45 days from the date of submission of application and if any additional charges are mentioned, please contact the Assistant Commissioner (Land) / Upazila Nirbahi Officer / Revenue Deputy Collector.
