The power of the village police He may arrest the following persons without the permission of the Magistrate and without any warrant; A) B) C) D) E) F) A person who is involved in a court-sanctioned offense or against whom there is a reasonable charge; If any person possesses illegal demolition materials in his possession; A person who has been convicted as a criminal under the Court of Criminal Procedure, 1997, or by order of the Government. A person possesses an object or commodity which is suspected to be a stolen property or which is duly suspected to have been organized by a crime of this substance. If a person escapes or tries to escape from any legal guard, and a person is duly verified to have escaped from the Bangladesh Army, Navy or Air Force; And If a person obliges a government official or employee to perform his official duties.
